SwitchThink Expands Executive Team, Appointing Allan Switalski to Lead Strategy & Marketing Communications

Credit union industry veteran to lead strategic initiatives, strengthening client value and growth across KeyStone credit unions

SwitchThink Solutions, a leading provider of cloud-based services and integrated solutions for credit unions using Corelation’s KeyStone core processing platform, today announced Allan Switalski as the Vice President of Strategy, Marketing & Communications. In this new executive role, Switalski will oversee SwitchThink’s growth strategy and lead a merged marketing and client communications department. He will shape how the company communicates its vision, showcases its value, and supports clients through continued growth.

“Allan is someone with a deep understanding of credit union culture because he came from that world,” said Scott Butler, CEO of SwitchThink Solutions. “We have always prided ourselves on client satisfaction and understanding our clients at a deep, personal level. As tech stacks become more complex and industry demands grow, having someone like Allan, who gets what credit unions are going through and can be another voice for the client, is a huge win.”

Switalski brings more than 15 years of industry leadership helping credit unions, fintech organizations and financial companies better serve their members. Before joining SwitchThink, he led marketing and member engagement for several of Arizona’s largest credit unions and, most recently, managed a consulting firm assisting credit unions and credit union service organizations (CUSOs) with growth strategies and dedicated client success frameworks. Throughout his career, he has advised Fortune 500 companies and executives to create trusted brands and elevate marketing and client communication, delivering measurable outcomes for business partners.

“Having worked both inside credit unions and alongside them, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when a credit union finds a partner that truly gets them,” said Switalski. “SwitchThink has built an incredible reputation for taking the heavy lifting of core hosting, security and cloud infrastructure off our clients’ shoulders. I’m excited to continue to tell that story, and help our clients have the clarity and strategic support they need to scale membership growth.”

Switalski holds two bachelor’s degrees and a minor from Utah State University. He is deeply involved in community work and has served on the board of directors for local nonprofits and veterans’ organizations.
