Scott Butler

Chief Executive Officer

Scott has dedicated 30-years to serving the technology needs of credit unions, including serving as President of EDS Credit Union Industry Group, IntegraSys and Fiserv Credit Union Solutions. These organizations provided core processing, Internet banking, bill payment, EFT, loan origination, accounting and many other technology-based solutions to thousands of credit unions. Scott is also a previous member of the Board of Directors at InTouch Credit Union, an $800M CU in Plano TX where he served on the Asset Liability Management, Policy and M&A committees.

His in-depth knowledge of the Financial Technology landscape and his experience evaluating and implementing IT solutions offers SwitchThink’s clients a unique perspective toward achieving strategic objectives. Scott is known by vendors and clients alike for his vision, integrity, commitment to clients and results-driven approach.

Ron Parker

Chief Operating Officer

Ron is a seasoned leader who builds strong relationships and customer-focused organizations. Ron has a proven track record as a strategic business partner who delivers bottom line results. His past roles span the Pharmaceutical, Defense & Financial sectors and include serving as the Head of Infrastructure Engineering and Operations, Chief Information Security Officer, Senior Director of Information Technology and Director of Network Engineering. Areas of expertise include private and public cloud management; cyber security; risk management; and enterprise architecture, engineering and operations.

Jeff Givens

Senior Vice President of Client Relations

Jeff has served in the Information Technology industry for over 30 years with companies such as EDS, Fiserv and GIACT Systems. He is known for his ability to work collaboratively across all areas of an organization to drive business results. As EVP of Sales for GIACT, Jeff helped to secure several Fortune 100 clients who required payment and identity risk tools. While at Fiserv, he led the Credit Union Industry sales team for core processing, EFT, home banking and numerous other ancillary services. Jeff is based in Dallas, Texas.

Wayne Oleksak

Senior Vice President of Experience & Innovation

Wayne leads SwitchThink’s digital product strategy for member-facing solutions like mobile and online banking, online account opening and online loan origination. His passion: delivering products with simple customer experiences. He brings over 30 years of product leadership, digital marketing, and user experience expertise to the SwitchThink team. Wayne has led B2B and B2C product delivery across multiple industries in more than 10 countries, most recently for LifeLock (Symantec) and GoDaddy. He combines a BS in Electrical Engineering with an MBA for a deep understanding of how products work, paired with a mission to make them easy to use.

Mark Atchison

Vice President of Transformation Services

Mark has served the financial industry from the supplier side for 30+ years with companies such as MTech, Electronic Data Systems, Fidelity National Information Systems, Fiserv, and Humintex. His deep technology, operations, and contracting background provides insights that drive positive client results. He founded and was general manager of EDS' online banking and bill pay business which today serves approximately 1,000 financial institutions and 3 million consumers as part of Fiserv. He also built and managed an electronic statement and bill presentment service that currently serves thousands of financial institutions and billers. He is a past voting member of the Data Interchange Standards Association; was extensively involved with NACHA; and served on the Board of Directors of the Interactive Financial Exchange(IFX) Forum. Mark co-authored multiple college textbooks in Decision Sciences. The software he wrote for his most recent book, Introduction to Quantitative Methods for Management, is used internationally to teach optimization techniques to undergraduates.

Stacey Christensen

Assistant Vice President of Development

Stacey leads SwitchThink’s talented development team in finding and developing creative solutions to common problems within the credit union industry. She has 20+ years’ experience in IT, development and process improvement, over 16 of those with Desert Financial. While there, Stacey helped Desert Financial through 2 core conversions with responsibility for managing and integrating online and mobile banking channels and related interfaces into the core. She also assisted in developing solutions for those conversions to successfully transform Desert Financial from an account-centric to person-centric business model. Stacey’s certifications include Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Eddie Little

Assistant Vice President of Core & Data Operations

Eddie manages daily data center operations for SwitchThink’s credit union clients, including IT operations, business intelligence, testing and business systems analysts. An experienced Information Technology leader of 25+ years – including 15 years in credit union technology with companies such as Fiserv and Desert Financial – Eddie has developed a reputation for building internal and external relationships that foster cooperation and collaboration to solve problems and get results. Eddie holds a degree in Business Information Systems. His certifications include ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Tim Watson

Assistant Vice President of Operations

Tim brings more than 30 years of Information Technology, Product, and Operations Management experience to SwitchThink. During his time with EDS and then Fiserv, Tim was focused on credit unions and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery – overseeing development, data center and network operations, conversions, client support and application delivery for a full-service suite of credit union products. At SwitchThink, Tim is responsible for delivering help desk, online banking support, and network and platform operations services to SwitchThink clients. He has a passion for helping clients focus on their business while providing robust systems to run their technology needs. Tim has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Business from Texas A&M University – Kingsville.

Josh Martin

Director of Service Operations

Josh has 15 years of Information Technology and service delivery experience with focus on business-to-business support. Throughout his career, he has consistently achieved operational excellence by building enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented teams. He brings a strong emphasis on process improvement to ensure continuous service delivery excellence. At SwitchThink, Josh is responsible for Incident Management, Change Management, and oversees the Service Desk.

Marty Rios

Head of Cloud Services

Marty has spent 30+ years in the Information Technology industry, holding leadership roles for companies such as MicroAge, CenturyLink, Technology Integration Group and Desert Financial. He’s led numerous IT disciplines, including application development, infrastructure and application support, helpdesk and project management. While at Desert Financial, Marty served as a Project Sponsor for the credit union’s core conversion to KeyStone. His responsibilities included vendor management and leadership of the Project Management Office. He also facilitated the conversion’s Project Team (25+ people), Steering Team (Executive Leadership), and Implementation Team (70+ people). Serving in a diversity of roles has given Marty a deep understanding of all the moving parts within an IT services organization. No matter what role he has held, Marty has always kept customer service as his highest priority, ensuring clients are satisfied. Marty holds a degree in Business Information Systems.

John Stream

Chief Information Security Officer

John has 15 years of experience supporting the IT infrastructure of Desert Financial, the largest credit union in Arizona. While at Desert Financial, he led the organization through two core conversions as a technical project manager responsible for infrastructure, architecture, and disaster recovery. Now he leverages his infrastructure and KeyStone expertise to serve other credit union clients at SwitchThink. John holds a Computer Science degree with a Math minor. His current certifications include CISSP and Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server.

Steve Hyland

Senior Director of Client Services

Steve brings more than 30 years Information Technology and Program Management experience from EDS and Fiserv. He has focused on credit unions for the last 15 years. During this time, Steve oversaw delivery of a consumer loan origination system complete with decision engine, automated approval, and end-to-end paperless processing. At SwitchThink, Steve is responsible for delivering products and services to SwitchThink clients. Steve has a passion for helping clients get the most out of their investments in infrastructure, vendor relationships, core processing, and daily operations. Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with emphasis on experimentation and statistical analysis from Arizona State University. He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Agile Master Certified (SAMC) certifications.
