His in-depth knowledge of the financial technology landscape and experience evaluating and implementing IT solutions provides clients with a results-driven approach to achieve strategic objectives.

His vast experience spans the pharmaceutical, defense and financial sectors with expertise in private and public cloud management, cyber security, risk management, enterprise architecture, engineering and operations.

Jeff Givens

Senior VP of Client Relations

Jeff has served in the information technology industry for more than 30 years with companies including EDS and Fiserv. Known for his ability to work collaboratively across all areas of an organization to drive business results, Jeff has led sales teams for core processing, EFT, home banking and numerous other ancillary credit union services. 

Wayne Oleksak

Senior VP of Experience & Innovation

Wayne leads SwitchThink’s digital product strategy for member-facing solutions including mobile and online banking as well as online account opening and loan origination. With more than 30 years of expertise in product leadership, digital marketing and user experience, he has led B2B and B2C product delivery across multiple industries in more than 10 countries. 

John Stream

Chief Information Security Officer

John has significant experience securing and managing IT infrastructure, including at Desert Financial where he led the organization through two core conversions as a technical project manager responsible for security, infrastructure, architecture, and disaster recovery. He leverages this vast enterprise knowledge, along with his KeyStone expertise, to secure products and services SwitchThink offers.

With a collaborative leadership style and a focus on emerging technologies, Clint keeps SwitchThink at the forefront of digital transformation.

Dave Clark

Chief Administrative Officer

Dave is a global business leader with more than 25 years of experience working in more than 40 countries. He has a proven track record of building world-class teams to drive business growth and increase shareholder value at SaaS companies including Microsoft, Oracle and Nextiva. As CAO, Dave helps lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives and expansion of its technology-informed solutions designed specifically for credit unions.    

Mark Atchison

VP of Transformation Services

Mark has deep financial services expertise with a focus on technology, operations and contracting. He is a software engineer by training and has performed a variety of roles, including software development, product management and general business management.  His most recent book, Quantitative Methods for Management, is used internationally to teach optimization techniques to undergraduates.

Eddie Little

Assistant VP of IT Operations

Eddie manages IT operations for SwitchThink clients, including KeyStone core operations, business systems analysis, release management and data operations. With more than 30 years of experience, including 20 years in credit union technology, Eddie has developed a reputation for building internal and external relationships that foster cooperation and collaboration to solve problems and get results. 

Stacey Christensen

Assistant VP of Development

With more than 20 years’ experience in IT, development and process improvement, Stacey leads the  SwitchThink development team in developing creative solutions to common problems within the credit union industry. While at Desert Financial, Stacey was integral to two core conversions with responsibility for managing and integrating online and mobile banking channels and related interfaces into the core. 

Tim Watson

Assistant VP of Enterprise Operations

Tim brings more than three decades of information technology, product and operations management experience to SwitchThink. He has specific expertise in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) delivery including overseeing development, data center, network operations, conversions, client support and application delivery for a full-service suite of credit union products. 

Aaron Oplinger

Assistant VP of Product Management

Aaron has more than 25 years of experience in the fintech and credit union industries, leading teams ranging from product management, UX design, and strategic partnerships, to branch and back-office technology management. He has a proven track record of developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive successful outcomes. Aaron has been recognized for developing solutions that maximize user experiences, build future leaders and deliver bottom-line results. 

Tim Milz

Senior Director of Account Management

Tim brings a credit union-focused background to SwitchThink, including more than 20 years with Fiserv where he led the credit union division’s account management team, serving 1,600 clients.

His strategic leadership, proven client success track record and operational excellence is pivotal in leading the account management team at SwitchThink as it moves to the next chapter of growth and innovation.

Steve Hyland

Senior Director of KeyStone Hosting

Steve has decades of experience in IT and program management including overseeing development of a full-scale consumer loan origination system complete with decision engine, automated approval and end-to-end paperless processing. Steve brings a passion for helping SwitchThink clients maximize their investments in infrastructure, vendor relationships, core processing and daily operations.

Josh has 15 years of information technology and service delivery experience with a focus on B2B support and a strong emphasis on process improvement to ensure continuous service delivery excellence. Throughout his career, he has consistently achieved operational excellence by building enthusiastic, driven and results-oriented teams.
