 Credit Union Veteran To Lead SwitchThink Account Management Team

In this role, Milz will oversee the account management team and direct the company’s overall relationship management strategy to strengthen partnerships with credit unions nationwide as SwitchThink continues its growth trajectory.

Prior to joining SwitchThink, Milz spent more than 20 years at Fiserv during which he held numerous senior-level positions including leading five of the company’s core credit union solutions businesses, serving over 400 credit union clients. Throughout his career, Milz has developed specialized service programs for top-tier credit unions that consistently exceeded revenue goals and achieved high client satisfaction scores, establishing his reputation for fostering trust, collaboration and innovation in client engagement.
